At Matchatori, we intentionally use conservative best-before dates to ensure that every matcha sold at full price meets our high standards for color, aroma and flavor. This occasionally leaves us with batches that have a shorter remaining shelf life, even though the matcha is still of exceptional quality.
When unopened and stored correctly, the matcha normally retains its quality for an additional 6 to 12 months beyond the best-before date. We would much rather see it whisked and enjoyed than left on a shelf, which makes this a rare opportunity to discover four bags of premium Japanese matcha at an exceptional price.
Limited quantities available while stocks last.
Best before 31 October, but the matcha keeps well for another 6–12 months, even longer if stored in the fridge.

It is an ideal choice for your morning matcha, especially if you enjoy a lighter and more uplifting profile.
Every leaf reflects the dedication and careful work of the growers who tend the fields throughout the year. The result is a matcha that showcases the natural purity of Mt. Fuji’s environment and the nuance that passionate, small-scale producers bring out in the Tsuyuhikari cultivar.

Fuji, has a naturally mineral taste shaped by the region’s volcanic soil and pure mountain environment. The result is a fuller and more robust flavor compared to our smoother ceremonial blends.
From the first sip you notice its presence. It is not a delicate matcha. It has depth, warmth, and a satisfying richness that lingers in the best possible way. The subtle mineral notes give it a grounded, almost earthy elegance that makes it incredibly memorable.
Behind this matcha is the work of growers who tend each leaf with exceptional care throughout the year. Their craftsmanship brings out the unique character of Yabukita, highlighting its complexity and giving it a profile that stands apart from more traditional ceremonial matchas.
This is a matcha for those who want something distinctive, bold, and full of personality.
